At LAURA’S CLEANING SERVICE in Huntsville, Texas, we’ve set some terms and conditions for our services. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before requesting a cleaning visit.
Due to insurance and safety constraints, we are limited to the following:
We carry bleach on our trucks, and we’ll be glad to use it at your request. Please be aware that we can’t be held responsible for any damages caused by the bleach.
We have a two-step ladder, which we usually use to clean any areas that we need to clean.
We can only lift items weighing less than 15 pounds.
Our employees are not allowed to move any appliances that can hurt their backs or damage your flooring. This includes moving any heavy furniture. Our insurance will not allow this.
Payments and Refunds
We accept cash, checks, as well as debit and credit cards. Your payment is due at the time of service.
There will be a $35 fee on all returned checks.
If you need to cancel or skip a cleaning visit, please notify us at least 2 business days before your scheduled date. This will allow us to reassign your service provider team to another customer.
Since cleaning is a very personalized and subjective service, we can’t and don’t offer refunds to customers. However, if at any point you’re unhappy and not satisfied with our work, we’ll be more than happy to come back and clean the area of your concern. Kindly notify us within 24 hours of your cleaning.
For payment, we accept Apple Pay, Venmo, credit cards, debit cards, checks, cash, and PayPal. No refunds.
